If, for any reason, PARCEPTIONS is unable to issue a refund via your initial payment method, some payment methods available through PARCEPTIONS in your country may not support refunding a purchase back to the original payment method.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

If it appears to us that you are abusing refunds, we may stop offering them to you.
